Since last time I blogged (uhm... October??), I have moved- again. It's the third time for under a year, but hopefully the last time in a couple years. I moved in January, to an apartment with two girls who both are quite awesome. This apartment is SO bright and big, and I just love it! The only thing I don't like with it is that when I'm sitting at the toilet (haha...), I actually can listen to our neighbour's conversations. And the guys living in the apartment underneath often plays guitar, trumpet... and in the beginning they had a couple parties, and they obviously had very much fun, because they laughed extremely much and extremely loud. Good for them :) But a little bit annoying when I want it to be 100% silent, cause I'm used to have it very quiet from where I come from. At mum and dad's there are mindblowing quiet sometimes, especially now after I've moved to the "city" (compared to where I lived before). One time I was out there walking at night, and I'm not kidding; when I stood still, and just listened, I didn't hear ANY FUCKING THING. I actually felt deaf. There were no wind, no cars, no people talking, no boats in the fjord, no footsteps, no airplanes or helicopters, NOTHING. NADA. Quiet as hell! And the most crazy part is that I haven't started noticing this before I moved to Bergen, where there are always sounds: cars, people, babies crying, churchbells, light rail, airplanes, wind, those "beep beep beep beep"-things at the walkover-thing in the road (you know.. those lights), working people with those noisy things.. there is always something. Even at night. Not SO much at night, only a couple cars now and then and stuff, but it's not like at mum and dads..
But anyway. The apartment I live in now is actually amazing. I have the biggest room, and the livingroom is actually quite big too. And all the rooms are so bright, and so nice, and I just love it here! And we have a local store right across the street, wich is more LOCAL store than the local stores out at the country (I feel...). The people working there are so nice, and they are talking friendly to the regular customers, asking how's the wife and all. (not to me.. I don't have a wife. or a husband. but they ask people standing in front of me in the line) And the neighbours are very kind too, this friday they actually came over with a box of chocolate for me and Sandra (my roommate), because we've been "babysitting" their couch, while they have been busy with selling their apartment. And they have the cutest little kid called Lauritz (or Laurits, I don't know if it is with S or Z) which I played along with when they carried their couch back in the apartment. He was just supersweet! Crawled around in our apartment, and were very curious on the things in our shelf. (there were balloons there. He broke on of them, and didn't even start crying. (cause you know, there were more of them.)
I live with Sandra and Tone, though Tone atm is in the States, working as a...as aaaa... nanny (you know the other word? The word that the woman in the Sound of Music is called... oh, what the hell, forget it). But she'll be back in a couple of weeks, I'm SO looking forward to get her home and get to hear all she's been doing in NYC! But when she comes back, Sandra moves out. Sandra is the one I've been living most with... we have the best humor of all times, and she sings AWFUL, which I've told her like 50 times. And she thinks it's funny annoying me with it. "Liiiillyhaaammeeer, Liiillyyhaaammeeer". It's gonna be so sad when she moves out, but I'm so glad Facebook and Twitter excists, cause we are like the spammers there. We're tweeting to eachother ALL the fucking time. "Can someone tell this crow in the livingroom to NOT singing that very beautiful?:) @HjnnevgSandra " etc. It's very fun, if you're Norwegian, cause we're both tweeting in Norwegian. Wich is why I wonder: WHY the hell is there like 10 russian guys\women following me on Twitter!? They don't understand a sh*t about what I'm writing about (I think)(I hope..)
Last sunday I was out taking a couple beers with my brother. It was supernice weather, so we sat outside drinking. When you can sit OUTSIDE in Bergen drinking beer, that's a sign that the summer is here! So we sat there and drank and chatted, and he got a straw with his Coke (he bought one coke), which he didn't wanted, so I took it. But not to drink with, just to... "play" with, with my hands. On the table beside us, there sat a German couple, in the 40's. Suddenly the straw fell out of my hand, and in the middle of the German woman's face. My brother started laughing, I started laughing, and we laughed SOOOO hard, I couldn't stop laughing. Because of embarresment of course, it was SO embarrasing! I tried to tell them that I was sorry, but they just waved angry at me, and didn't accept the apology. I wanted to try telling them that I was sorry again, but my brother said that I shouldn't "throw more wood at the fire" and making it worse. So we started chatting again, a little bit giggly, but we started chatting about something. I don't remember what we were chatting about, but in a sentence I said, I used the word "nazi" without thinking first. (I use that word sometimes when I for example talk about people that are very... I don't know to explain it, but are very important in sertain things, I sometimes call it to be "nazi on it". Many norwegians do that, I think...) After I said that, my brother gave me this "WTF ARE YOU SAYING"-look, and throws a look at the German couple. I think about what I just said, and we both started lauging again. sooo veeery hard! 3 minutes after this the German couple were gone. I promise you, that is the most embarrasing thing I've EVER done AND said! (If one of you Germans sitting there are reading this: It was NOT ment to happend, I'm very extremely sorry, and I hope you don't hate Norway because of me. Norwegians (and I) are really very kindly people, we're just very good at doing bloopers...)
I hope you had a greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat time reading this blogpost, I'll try to keep it up. ;)
